SILVER PACKAGE
Our standard automatic entry system service silver package includes:
GOLD PACKAGE
The gold package is our highest standard
of service recommended for gates that
have not been serviced or maintained.
Everything in the silver option is carried out as well as:
A full system check and electrical inspection.
All motors cleaned, lubricated and where required topped up with hydronic fluid.
Full safety check to let you how safe your installation is and which areas may require attention.
Any rust spots paint defects cleaned, repaired and refinished.
Gates thoroughly cleaned with high pressure cleaning equipment.
We offer an emergency call out service for when there is a problem with your system. We charge a one off call out payment which includes the first hour of investigation then a flat hourly rate thereafter.
Our engineers come from a varied range of engineering and automated entry system backgrounds with over 25 years experience, so rest assured they will thoroughly test and investigate the system and be able to quickly diagnose the fault as well as giving the best advice on replacement parts and expert solutions.
All of our engineers are fully trained in all new gate safety standards and can advise you on how safe your system is. We also offer a force testing service where gates are fully tested with specialist force testing equipment and set up to operate safely.
Where safe operation is not possible with your existing installation we can discuss the best solutions to bring your system up to current standards.
